With our concept for your land, you can reap a secure harvest! You benefit from stable and guaranteed income for up to 30 years.
Your agricultural land can largely continue to be farmed during a wind project. We primarily build solar parks on low-yield land so as not to take away valuable space from agriculture.
We have been active in Germany for over 20 years and have sufficient experience and resources to realize wind and solar parks nationwide.
We prioritize the needs of landowners and value strong, long-term, and trusting cooperation.

East Energy stands for fair cooperation on equal terms and an energy transition that truly benefits everyone: landowners, but especially residents and communities.
We plan community projects and have developed various participation models that are implemented in consultation with local officials and residents.
With a support association financed by us, local projects can be implemented for and by residents. These include, for example, supporting sports clubs or the volunteer fire department, as well as promoting festivals and traditions in the region. Special offers for children or seniors are also possible: your ideas are welcome.
The community benefits from annual fixed payments, and direct participation in the constructed facilities is also possible for citizens or the community.

Everything from a single source: East energy has the experience and expertise to handle all project stages itself, from the initial idea to electricity production.
This means that we generally remain your permanent point of contact for the entire operating period.
Site assessment
We identify suitable sites, taking regional requirements into account, and contact you, the landowner.
Personal appointment
In personal meetings, we will inform you about the planning project and the revenue opportunities for you and your region.

Wenn Ihnen die Projektidee gefällt, schließen wir mit Ihnen einen Nutzungsvertrag über Ihre Flächen.
Planning and approval
Subsequently, all necessary expert reports are prepared and the application for approval is submitted. We work closely with the relevant authorities in this process.
Construction and commissioning of the project
Finally, we build the plant and commission it so that you can look forward to your first lease income.
