Our commitment to sustainability
What kind of world do we, our children, and future generations want to live in? This question shapes our daily actions. For us, sustainability and climate neutrality are not just buzzwords, but an integral part of our corporate DNA. Sustainability begins for us in our daily work. We scrutinize our processes, use resources consciously, and make responsible decisions. In this way, sustainable practices become a core element of our corporate culture.
Use renewable energies
Our locations in Rostock, Berlin, and Grimmen source electricity from renewable energy sources. In doing so, we are consistently aligning our own operations with the energy transition.
Conserve resources in a targeted manner
We are consistently digitizing our workflows and have significantly reduced our paper consumption as a result. At the same time, we make sure to use digital resources efficiently and avoid data clutter.
Rethinking mobility
For our commutes, we primarily rely on bicycles and public transport. Business trips are preferably made by train. We consciously avoid domestic flights.
Consume responsibly
When shopping, we look for organic, vegan, and fair trade products. We drink tap water instead of bottled mineral water. A simple choice with a noticeable impact on the climate and resources.
Living a circular economy
We prioritize durable equipment and use devices for as long as possible. Anything that can be repaired, we repair. We only replace existing equipment when a new purchase makes sense.
Strengthening community
Instead of individual gifts for employees, we donate together to charitable projects. In this way, appreciation becomes a contribution to society.
