From idea to commissioning
We provide comprehensive support for your project.
Every renewable energy project goes through a clearly defined development process. From the initial site assessment to the long-term operation of the plant – the individual phases build upon each other and together create the basis for a secure, economical and sustainable energy supply.
East Energy develops projects to the point of being ready for construction and then manages the implementation together with experienced construction partners. The actual construction work is carried out by specialized companies.

Area identification & securing
In this phase, we assess whether a location is fundamentally suitable for a project. Together with landowners, municipalities, and other stakeholders, we evaluate the technical, legal, and economic framework. The goal is to identify suitable sites and lay the foundation for successful project development.
Key aspects of this phase:
Identify potential areas
Discussions with landowners
Securing land through usage or purchase agreements
Coordination with municipalities.
