From concept to completion
Location
We secure the land together with the owners
and commission nature conservation reports in order to
minimize the local impact on the environment.
Planning and participation
Once a site has been secured, more thorough assessments are carried out on topics such as nature conservation, grid capacity, building regulations, and economic viability. All regional and national requirements are taken into account in this process. It is crucial to involve local residents and all other stakeholders as early as possible in order to take all suggestions and concerns into account. At this point, we also give investors the opportunity to participate in the project.
Construction phase
Once all the necessary expert reports and approvals have been obtained, the construction phase can begin. We manage the entire process, from planning the park to procuring and installing the equipment and establishing grid access. We also keep an eye on any other unforeseeable factors that may arise during this phase.
Operational management
We consider the operational management of the plants we build to be one of our core tasks. This means we have expertise in both the construction and the economic maintenance and financing of wind and solar parks.
Power purchase agreements (PPA)
and independent power producers
Many companies are increasingly relying on power purchase agreements (PPAs) when planning and constructing wind and solar farms. These long-term supply agreements enable industrial companies to secure green electricity at a fixed price directly from the wind and solar farms that have been built. In other projects, however, we remain the owners of the wind and solar farms and distribute the electricity ourselves as an independent energy producer, among other things.
