Now that we have successfully identified, secured, and developed suitable sites to construction readiness, things are getting exciting: the construction of our innovative energy technologies begins.
Under the East Energy brand, we build and operate photovoltaic and wind energy systems on these sites. The electricity generated there can be used locally and contributes to value creation in the local communities.

Our electricity is ambitious and also powers our Power-to-X technologies. Under the Sun2Gas brand, we plan, build, and operate electrolyzers and methanol plants that produce green hydrogen on-site and eMethanol using CO2 recovery.
What's the point of all this? Green methanol serves, among other things, as an alternative fuel for shipping. Since there is currently not enough green methanol to meet global demand, our work plays a crucial role in achieving climate neutrality in maritime mobility. We can also feed the green heat generated by electrolysis into municipal or industrial local and district heating networks.
In this way, our projects combine the electricity, heat, and transport sectors into an integrated cycle, thus making an important contribution to sector coupling!
