Electrification of a municipal bus depot
Solutions:
Construction of a charging station with several DC fast chargers, a load management system, a PV system on the depot roof, and battery storage for grid stabilization. Optional: Integration into the existing EMS.
Result:
E-mobility with a stable, 24/7 energy supply. Up to 50% lower energy costs compared to diesel. Planning security through buffer capacity and self-generated electricity.


Integration of eMethanol as a fuel alternative
Solutions:
Installation of an eMethanol filling station at the depot for hybrid or methanol buses. Supply via green PtX methanol from in-house or external production. Safe storage operation with sensors and emergency shutdown.
Result:
Replacement of fossil fuels with the same range. No need to switch to high-voltage technology. Reduction of emissions with the same driving performance.
Charging infrastructure for municipal
E-vehicle fleets
Solution:
Construction of a charging park for municipal service vehicles and car-sharing services with PV power supply and intelligent load management. Access via RFID or app.
Result:
Fully electric operation of the fleet with predictable charging windows, maximum use of own energy, relief for the power grid. Scalable to other locations.


Power supply for electric trains on non-electrified lines
Solution:
Decentralized supply solution with eMethanol and battery hybrid technology at stops or depots. Combined with modular refueling infrastructure for autonomous route sections.
