Schools & Daycare Centers
Solutions:
Installation of photovoltaic systems on school roofs with battery storage for self-generated electricity. Additional energy-efficient renovations (e.g., insulation, windows, LED lighting) and, if necessary, integration of charging points for the school's vehicle fleet.
Result:
Up to 70% of the generated electricity can be used for own purposes, operating costs are significantly reduced, and the school makes a visible contribution to the municipal climate plan. Educational institutions become role models for the energy transition and sustainability.


sewage treatment plants
Solutions:
Combined use of PV systems and combined heat and power (CHP) plants for on-site electricity and heat generation. Process heat is used to heat pools or for neighboring residential areas. Connection to storage and energy management systems.
Result:
High degree of self-sufficiency (>80%), CO₂-reduced wastewater treatment plant operation, stable supply even during grid outages. Operating costs are reduced, and funding is available through the Federal Energy Agency (BEW) or Renewable Energy Agency (EEW).

Establishment of a neighborhood-based heating network, fed by a central power-to-heat plant, coupled with PV, wind, or eMethanol. Integration of heat storage, smart meters, and optional charging points for residents.

Village centers
Solution:
Construction of agri-PV systems on municipally owned or leased land + charging infrastructure (public wall boxes, lamppost parking). Connection to battery storage for use at night and in inclement weather.
